Basic training. Scientific rationale.
Once again we are going to shed more light on BASIC TRAINING despite of the fact that I talked about it so many times in my articles and videos giving various examples, with evidence and powerful arguments. Alas, there are still many fake coaches in the field of fitness business. Sometimes even people who I respect say so much crap about basic exercises that it makes my hair stand on end because of their foolishness and stupidity.
In order to close the matter once and for all, we are going to give special evidence of BASIC TRAINING necessities; going into it through biomechanics, physiology, biochemistry, endocrine system, tendons and ligaments mechanisms, CNS (Central Nervous System).
